A difficult one to identify. Very small caps (see hand lens) and markedly decurrent gills. Geoffrey Kibby commented "very decurrent gills, possibly H. substrangulata or perhaps even H. phaeococcinea but you need spore details etc to really get close to an identification". Apparently (cf Boertmann) H phaeococcinea should have blackened centres to the caps which is not evident here.
